BCE Scholarship Program Requirements

This scholarship program has been a great help for me. To repay this, I want to help other Pasigueños to avail this scholarship.

Here are the requirements:

• 2 colored ID pictures 1x1
• Birth Certificate
• Barangay Clearance
• Proof of Income (Certificate of Indigence [i prefer this], Latest Payslip, BIR Form W2]
• Report Card (Form 137 / Class Cards) (previous & current)
• VRR (parent's if minor / applicant if 18 above)
• Proof of billing (Meralco, PLDT, etc.)
• School ID / B.C.E. ID
• Old 7 New Registration Form / Study Load

My Childhood (cont.)

June of 2004, we transferred to Pasig. We lived in a worse environment. Our house is built from scrap metals and wood and under the house is stagnant water. Just imagine what kind of house that is! To add to the negative image, it's situated on an area where people are untidy (worse than the place where I grew up.)

Slowly, thing got better, people got more "civilized" and the spirit of neighborhood started to rise. Now, things are getting better and better and I started to see the good in this place.
